Administrative Coordinator for Office Operations

As an Administrative Coordinator for Office Operations with AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by coordinating various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires
* Preparing induction materials and maintaining proper documentation for new employees
* Sourcing, registering, and coordinating employee training courses, including payments and record maintenance
* Maintaining and updating employee leave records
* Managing medical bills (approved clinics) and inputting medical claim details into the HR system
* Scheduling and monitoring six-monthly medical examinations
* Managing inventory for stationery and first aid items, ordering replenishments as needed
* Liaising with vendors for uniforms and safety shoes, including distribution to employees
* Overseeing maintenance of office equipment, such as photocopiers, to ensure accurate billing of meter readings
* Managing telco billing for company landlines and corporate mobile lines
* Recording and tracking incoming and outgoing mail
* Conducting housing inspections and preparing reports
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely responses or redirection
Requirements:
* ITE/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and reports
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 35,000 - SGD 45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The estimated salary may vary based on individual qualifications and performance.
