Administrative Coordinator for Office Operations

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TSTAR Recruit Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
About the Role- Job Title: Assistant Admin Officer
- Location: West
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Training and Development: Source and book training courses for staff, update training records, and track employee participation.
- Attendance and Overtime Management: Verify attendance records, assist HR with overtime tracking, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Monitor and renew company vehicle road tax and insurance.
- Liaison and Coordination: Liaise with property agents regarding expatriate condominium matters, arrange travel for staff, and make hotel reservations as needed.
- Purchasing and Inventory Management: Purchase office supplies, stationery, and groceries, manage inventory, and update logs to maintain a well-stocked office.
- Safety and Security: Support the safety officer with safety-related matters and cover reception duties during leave.
- We are looking for a candidate with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience and a minimum O-level, Nitec or Diploma in a related field.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of SGD 2,600 + AWS + VB (approximately SGD 2,800 per month)
