We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HEADSTART FOR LIFE PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clerical Support: Provide daily operational support, manage enquiries via various channels, and maintain accurate records.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate office procedures, schedule assessments, and follow up on therapy sessions.
  • Financial Management: Handle billing, track payments, and ensure timely collections from clients.
  • Administrative Support: Assist therapists with administrative tasks, book rooms, and maintain the cleanliness of the centre.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with data entry and inventory management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
