Administrative Coordinator for Accounts and Office Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office, maintaining working hours and pay slip records, and coordinating daily purchase/sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front office operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities.
- Maintain accurate records of working hours and pay slips, adhering to company policies.
- Coordinate purchasing and sales activities, streamlining processes for optimal results.
- Assist with bank account applications for new staff members.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in Singapore.
- Possesses a Diploma/Degree/Equivalent in a related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent data entry skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility, a positive working attitude, and effective communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With a strong background in administration and accounts, this individual will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless office operations.
In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of SGD 45,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
