Overview
Concorde Hotel Singapore is seeking a skilled Guest Services Executive to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.

Job Summary
The Guest Services Executive will be responsible for registering and assigning rooms to incoming guests, handling guest enquiries, and maintaining a friendly and professional image to guests. Additionally, they will be expected to provide courteous services, respond promptly to guest complaints, and keep informed of hotel functions, events, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell, register, and assign rooms to guests while ensuring registration cards are accurately completed.
  • Inform other departments and outlets of arrivals, room changes, checkouts, and special arrangements.
  • Handle all guest inquiries referred to them via phone or personally.
  • Action on requests or requirements of incoming guests to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation.
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional image to guests.
  • Provide courteous services and respond promptly and tactfully to guest complaints, requests, and inquiries.
  • Keep informed of hotel functions, events, and promotions.
  • Handle simple cashiering duties based on established procedures.
  • Welcome and escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and facilities.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with positive attitudes and strong communication skills. Prior experience in front office operations is essential, and proficiency in public relations would be advantageous.

About Us
Concorde Hotel Singapore offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of SGD 40,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
