We're looking for a self-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization across the Kaia Ecosystem.

In this role, you'll manage marketing operations end-to-end and collaborate across teams to drive measurable growth and ecosystem engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced Web3 environments, understands the nuances of crypto-native marketing, and has hands-on experience in both strategic planning and execution.

You'll be expected to turn insights into action, define KPIs, manage budgets, and build meaningful connections across communities and channels.

What You'll Do
  • Design global marketing campaigns with clearly defined KPIs and budget tracking.
  • Own and manage full-cycle marketing operations, working cross-functionally to drive company growth in the Web3 space.
  • Research, adopt, and apply best practices in crypto-native marketing tactics, community building, and Web3 ecosystem dynamics.
Who We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with at least 1 year in a global crypto/Web3 company
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency, and DeFi
  • Strong sense of ownership, with experience strategizing and executing crypto-native go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both online and offline, especially within crypto-native communities
