Job Title: Technical Visionary

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer to lead our custom web3 OTA platform and ecosystem.

  • Platform Development: Design, develop, and deploy a scalable, user-centric solution leveraging Web3, AI, and API integrations.
  • NFT Product Integration: Architect and implement NFT-based products into the membership ecosystem, ensuring secure minting, wallet integration, and user-friendly access via smart contracts.
  • AI Innovation: Lead development of AI-driven features using tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch to enhance user experience.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a decentralized tech team, including hiring senior developers, an AI/ML engineer, and an NFT/blockchain specialist.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure robust security for Web3 transactions and compliance with global regulations in Singapore/Hong Kong markets.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with the Product Manager to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and align tech with business goals.
  • Infrastructure: Manage cloud infrastructure and DevOps for scalability and reliability of the decentralized platform.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in tech leadership, with 3+ years in Web3/blockchain startups or fintech/travel tech. They should have expertise in Ethereum/Solidity, NFT minting, smart contracts, and wallet integrations. Hands-on AI/ML experience is also required.
