Job Title: Strategic Innovation Architect

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the development and deployment of our cutting-edge Web3 platform. As a Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing NFT-based products, leading AI-driven features, and building a decentralized tech team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership, with experience in Web3/blockchain startups or fintech/travel tech. They should possess expertise in Ethereum/Solidity, NFT minting, smart contracts, and wallet integrations, as well as hands-on experience with AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and full-stack proficiency (React for UI/UX, Python, REST/GraphQL APIs).

The successful candidate will also have cloud and DevOps skills, including AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD for decentralized applications. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, having scaled teams of 5–20+ engineers, are essential. Domain knowledge in travel/hospitality tech, NFT marketplaces, or booking systems is a plus.

  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of the company's custom Web3 platform, integrating with strategic partner APIs for seamless functionality.
  • Architect and implement NFT-based products within the membership ecosystem, ensuring secure minting, wallet integration (e.g., MetaMask), and user-friendly access via smart contracts.
  • Lead the development of AI-driven features using tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch to enhance user experience.
  • Build and mentor a decentralized tech team, including senior developers, an AI/ML engineer, and an NFT/blockchain specialist.
  • Ensure robust security for Web3 transactions and compliance with global regulations in Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years in technology leadership, including 3+ years in Web3/blockchain startups or fintech/travel tech
  • Proven track record in building scalable platforms and leading remote or decentralized teams
  • Expertise in Ethereum/Solidity, NFT minting, smart contracts, and wallet integrations
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch), including recommendation systems and personalization features
  • Full-stack proficiency (React for UI/UX, Python, REST/GraphQL APIs) with seamless API integrations
  • Cloud and DevOps skills: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD for decentralized applications
