We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the development of our blockchain technology stack.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a technical strategy that aligns with business objectives.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technical roadmap to drive innovation and growth.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of blockchain technologies, including smart contracts and decentralized applications.
  • Guide product development processes to ensure timely delivery and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure the security and scalability of our technology infrastructure while effectively managing risks.
  • Build and lead a high-performing engineering team by providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to shape product roadmaps and stay informed about the latest trends in Web3 technology.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical management, overseeing multiple teams or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated experience working with major Web3 companies (e.g., Ethereum, Solana).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Deep knowledge of blockchain architecture and expertise in DeFi protocols.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or equivalents.
  • Ability to work remotely with flexibility to align with UK time zones.
