**The Job**

Mighty Jaxx is seeking a Web3 Community Specialist with a can-do attitude, hands-on approach and a focus on exceeding expectations to develop and expand our Web3 communities.

The Meta Team at Mighty Jaxx is responsible for developing the best-in-class Web3 Platform for All Businesses. We are building a product that impacts brands and their customers at scale, crafting a strategy that places Mighty Jaxx Meta at the forefront of the Web3 Revolution.

As Mighty Jaxx continues to evolve its strategy roadmap to encompass a broader Web3 mandate, you will have the opportunity to help grow the community around our foundational platform product that enables brands to provide elevated experiences for their fans.

As our Web3 Community Specialist you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with our community. With a good grasp of our MightyVerse digital collectibles and offerings, you will educate and excite both existing and new community members through clear and thoughtful dialogue. In this role, you will be reporting to both our Head of Mighty Meta and our Marketing Director.

**Responsibilities**
- Build, grow and manage the community primarily on MightyVerse’s Discord
- Schedule, manage and promote Twitter Spaces and other live events on Discord.
- Engage daily with community members on both Discord and Twitter to understand community sentiment,collect feedback and make recommendations for improvement
- Recruit and train a team of moderators as the community grows to ensure that the MightyVerse team is able to appropriately support community needs
- Develop relationships with community managers from other communities and build towards potential collaboration opportunities
- Define, measure and report on community-related metrics with a focus on driving impact
- Coordinate with Product and Marketing teams to establish a regular cadence of announcements, promotions and giveaways

**Requirements**:

- Has a good understanding of the Web3 and NFT ecosystem. Further knowledge of casual social games is a plus.
- At least 1+ year of hands-on online community management experience, preferably in an environment managing a consumer-focused Discord community.
- Possess technical knowledge of online community platforms, systems and software including experience with advanced Discord management features such as bots, token gating, live event management etc.
- Possess strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Independent, responsible,highly organized and able to proactively solve challenges.
- Passionate in growing and engaging communities
- Has good analytical skills and is able to structure thoughts, frame problems, and propose solutions with reasoned rationales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
