About the Role – Web3 Wallet Initiative The Binance Wallet team is at the forefront of our decentralized future, developing a self-custodial Web3 wallet that empowers users with full control of their assets. This wallet supports a wide array of on-chain services including token swaps, DEX integration, decentralized Earn products, and multi-chain interoperability. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our Wallet Operations team. You will oversee Asset Fund operations , coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure the smooth execution of key business initiatives in the decentralized wallet ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Support the team lead in implementing structured workflows and operational guidelines to enhance efficiency. Monitor and control all stages of the project lifecycle to ensure timely and successful delivery of team goals. Resolve wallet-related issues by collaborating with product, engineering, and external service providers. Analyze business needs and design suitable operational solutions to meet objectives. Investigate and address user-reported issues; propose sustainable improvements. Conduct analysis of trading campaigns and asset fund performance. Handle various ad hoc tasks as assigned by the leadership team. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Web3, DeFi, or traditional finance industries. Solid understanding of DEX liquidity strategies and trading campaign execution. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Proven ability to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Self-driven, highly responsible, and proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (required for coordination with regional teams and partners).
