About the Role

The Web3 Wallet team at Binance is building a decentralized ecosystem to give users full control of their assets. From DEX to decentralized Earn, you’ll be at the heart of an ambitious strategy that complements Binance’s CEX dominance.

As an Operations Specialist (Asset Funds) , you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating internal and external operations, managing asset flows, solving wallet issues, and ensuring operational excellence for on-chain financial services.

  • Coordinate across departments and external partners to meet performance KPIs
  • Support team leadership in refining workflows and boosting efficiency
  • Track and manage the full lifecycle of operational projects
  • Troubleshoot wallet-related issues and collaborate for timely resolutions
  • Analyze user problems and suggest scalable solutions
  • Translate business demands into practical implementations
  • Tackle ad-hoc tasks and fast-evolving needs in the Web3 space

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Web3 and/or finance industries
  • Solid grasp of blockchain trading and on-chain finance , especially in early-stage Web3 projects
  • Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and a quick-learning attitude
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and solutions-focused personality
