Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing campaigns and drive measurable growth in the Web3 space.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the nuances of crypto-native marketing, and has hands-on experience in both strategic planning and execution.

  • Design global marketing campaigns with clearly defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget tracking.
  • Own and manage full-cycle marketing operations, working cross-functionally to drive company growth in the Web3 space.
  • Research, adopt, and apply best practices in crypto-native marketing tactics, community building, and Web3 ecosystem dynamics.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with at least 1 year in a global crypto/Web3 company.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
  • Strong sense of ownership, with experience strategizing and executing crypto-native go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both online and offline, especially within crypto-native communities.

Our hiring process involves multiple rounds of interviews, followed by salary negotiation.

This position can be fulfilled as a Service Contractor (Fully Remote) or Full-time Employee (Hybrid) depending on location.
