Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Channel Sales division.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster a high-performing team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
  • Conduct regular team standups, in-depth analysis of sales statistics, and pipeline reviews to optimize sales performance.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with external partners to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other sales enablement teams to align business objectives and drive growth through partnerships.
  • Host weekly business reviews to identify trends and provide actionable feedback on areas for improvement.

A successful candidate will possess 6-8 years of experience in Channel sales, 5 years of people management experience, and expertise in IT Channel Sales (SaaS preferred).
