
Channel Sales Director

The primary responsibility of the Senior Channel Growth Strategist is to drive revenue growth across the Asia Pacific region by developing and managing indirect sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic channel initiatives to drive revenue growth through distributors and channel partners.
- Build, optimize, and oversee relationships with distributors, resellers, and solution partners.
- Collaborate with partners on business and sales plans, set quarterly/annual performance targets, and lead periodic business reviews.
- Design and deliver partner onboarding, training, and enablement programs to enhance partners' sales and technical abilities.
- Create and analyze sales forecasts, track partner performance, and initiate corrective actions to optimize channel results.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective partner programs and aligned go-to-market strategies.
- 10+ years experience in channel management or B2B sales within the Financial Technology (Fintech) sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and cross-cultural skills.
- Ability to build trust among diverse partners and adeptness at cross-functional teamwork.
- Highly motivated and target/quota driven with proven ability in accurate pipeline management from initial lead to close.
This role will be based out of the Singapore Office and will require you to travel more than 30% of the time. The annual pay range for this position is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
