Senior Guest Experience Coordinator

Welcome to the Grand Hyatt Singapore, a world-class hotel that embodies luxury and sophistication. As a Senior Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our discerning guests while ensuring seamless daily operations in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Concierge and Belldesk team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Essential Qualifications:- A minimum of 6 months' experience in hotel operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Mentoring and training colleagues to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with property management systems and software.
