Senior Guest Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Guest Experience Manager to join our team at MARINA BAY SANDS PTE. LTD. As a key member of our Paiza Relations department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong relationships with our valued clients.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Sales or Customer Service roles, preferably within the hospitality industry. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various departments. Your customer-focused approach, combined with your problem-solving skills and adaptability, will enable you to provide seamless support to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized service to Paiza guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met with promptness and professionalism.
• Work closely with stakeholders to resolve guest issues and feedback, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Conduct MBS Casino tours for Paiza guests, highlighting the property's amenities and services.
• Explain and upsell programs to potential Paiza players, while maintaining knowledge of relevant terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and regulations throughout your duties.
Requirements:
• Diploma in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays.
Estimated Salary Range: SGD 50,000 - SGD 70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
