Job Title: Organizational Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Organizational Development Professional to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee core HR functions, foster a positive workplace culture, and create meaningful employee experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer recruitment processes to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to organizational policies and labor regulations.
  • Process payroll accurately, including annual income preparation and submissions to relevant authorities.
  • Manage training budgets, coordinate with vendors, and facilitate employee development requests.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and organize team-building activities.
  • Administer performance appraisal processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Process offboarding clearances and conduct exit interviews.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Respond to employee enquiries and undertake other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on HR experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • High integrity, resilience, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong team player with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and prior experience using HRMS.
  • Able to liaise effectively with government authorities on HR-related matters.
