Organizational Excellence Professional

As an Organizational Excellence Professional, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the organizational excellence framework deployed in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). This involves working closely with SAF training institutes to ensure seamless implementation of the framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain the SAF's organizational excellence framework
- Collaborate with personnel from SAF training institutes on data collection, analysis, and report preparation
- Monitor training institutes' implementation of the organizational excellence framework
- Research and update the framework periodically to ensure relevance
- Develop valid and reliable measurements for the sub-components of the organizational excellence framework that accurately reflect the status of Training Institutes
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience is preferred
- Good communication and writing skills
- Competence in engaging military and civilian partners/stakeholders
- Good working knowledge of statistics and data visualisation tools
