Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic HR Partner to drive organizational excellence and workforce planning across the APAC region.

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR plans that support revenue growth, market expansion, and organizational capability building.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regional employment laws, labor relations, and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent management strategies that foster a high-performance culture aligned with company goals and values.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness through strategic workforce planning, change management initiatives, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and policies in China, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, and Japan.
  • Advise leaders on employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution with an emphasis on risk mitigation and legal compliance.
  • Support global and regional HR teams to ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across the APAC region.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior HRBP or equivalent leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in regional employment law, labor relations, and HR compliance practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
