Job Title

Key Result Areas

  • Collaborates with the Leadership Team to develop and refine an adaptable organizational design.
  • Designs, implements, and delivers solutions to support corporate strategy, business growth, and career development.
  • Oversees Performance Management and Talent Development policies and programs.
  • Facilitates transformational programs aimed at developing Team Members who embody company values and are competent in their roles.
  • Works closely with the Leadership Team to create an environment where employees can thrive through engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Creates tools to ensure employees see the value of training and development programs and apply learned skills effectively.
  • Manages the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding.
  • Develops and implements people policies and processes, including the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct.
  • Oversees payroll and benefits administration to ensure efficiency.
  • Provides guidance on resolving employee relations issues and ensures compliance with legal requirements and government regulations.

People Engagement and Development

  • Collaborates with Business Leaders to provide coaching and support on people development and processes, ensuring leaders understand and implement strategies to enhance employee experience.
  • Encourages change leadership, adaptive behaviors, and process improvements across the organization.
  • Ensures alignment and strengthens company values by upholding processes and interventions.
  • Implements activities to promote awareness and affinity for company values.
