Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. As an Organizational Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to improve organizational performance. This will involve working closely with employees at all levels of the organization to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarize employees with benefits packages and ensure they understand how to access them.
  • Hire new employees who align with the company's vision for the future and ensure they receive proper onboarding and training.
  • Release employees whenever necessary and handle any related paperwork or procedures.
  • Resolve disagreements between employees that cannot be resolved privately in a fair and timely manner.
  • Plan corporate events and other team-building activities to promote employee engagement and motivation.
  • Install appropriate pay scales across the organization and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Establish community outreach programs to get employees involved in charity, volunteer, and goodwill initiatives.
  • Regulate compliance and correct benefit usage across the organization.
