Organization Development Specialist
We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Organization Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and implementing organizational culture initiatives that drive employee engagement and business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of our organizational culture, company values, and management philosophies, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Support the practice of organizational culture for employees and leaders through integration of culture into company-wide management training programs and mechanisms.
- Assess and identify cultural challenges within business teams, and proactively design, deliver, and evaluate practical solutions to enable employees, leaders, and teams to practice our culture.
- Effectively enhance understanding of company culture for employees and leaders; approaches include but are not limited to: development of learning content and toolkits, training development (online/offline), workshop facilitation, etc.
- First-hand experience in building a culture within your own team or a client team, which enabled wider business priorities while sustaining employee engagement.
- Practical experience designing or implementing/executing a broad range of HR/management processes and systems, such as recruiting, leadership development, recognition programs, and more.
- Experience in design, development, and delivery/implementation of leadership development workshops and/or employee experience initiatives.
- Experience leading global (across regions) change, project, and/or product management, including needs analysis, business consulting, data analysis, stakeholder management.
