Senior Organizational Development Specialist

The Senior Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing strategic HR projects that align with organizational objectives and foster a culture of innovation.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into actionable tasks, ensuring seamless project execution and delivering key performance indicators. Additionally, the ideal candidate will oversee goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms, providing guidance to managers on talent development and succession planning.
