Job Title: Organizational Excellence Manager
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Excellence Manager to drive business excellence in our organization.
- Elevate HR Functions: Lead the implementation of efficient HR systems, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
- Shape Strategic Initiatives: Align HR policies and programs with organizational objectives to drive employee engagement and performance.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring and develop talent strategies that enhance business growth.
- Employee Experience: Foster a positive work environment by championing inclusion, trust, autonomy, and people-first values.
- Leadership Support: Provide guidance to leadership on people-related matters and facilitate open communication throughout the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience & Expertise: 5+ years of experience combining operational knowledge with strategic thinking in Singapore's tech sector.
- Compliance & Frameworks: Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws, HR operations, and frameworks to design practices that are compliant and impactful.
- Approachability & Trustworthiness: Recognized for approachability, confidentiality, and dependability, with a pragmatic yet strategic mindset.
- Continuous Learning & Growth: Thrives in dynamic environments, with a passion for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and building open cultures.
