
Senior Organizational Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive organizational development initiatives and lead our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align HR practices with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Development: We require an expert in organizational development who can drive strategic initiatives, including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
- Recruitment: The successful candidate must have extensive experience in recruitment, managing the end-to-end process, and utilizing diverse sourcing channels to attract top talent.
- Recruitment Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills are essential for collecting and analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring strategies.
- Employee Relations: Our ideal candidate will support business units in team-building initiatives, cultural development, and fostering positive employee relations through engagement programs and effective probation management.
- Performance Management: The role requires driving and sustaining the performance management system, collaborating with departments to ensure fairness and accuracy in goal setting, monitoring, and performance evaluations.
- Reporting & Analytics: We need someone who can collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and reports that support management decision-making.
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields is required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' comprehensive HR experience, with at least 2 years supporting teams of 100+ employees.
- Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of business operations and strategy, with the ability to align HR practices to organizational objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
