About the Role:

This strategic leadership position is designed for a seasoned consultant to drive organizational performance and cultural transformation. Reporting directly to senior leaders, you will lead cross-functional teams in developing business strategies, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven insights to inform business decisions and optimize organizational processes.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and deliver impactful programs, ensuring measurable results and ROI.
  • Analyze complex challenges, identify patterns, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Promote cultural transformation through innovative methods, including role and organizational design, process improvement, and learning modalities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting, talent management, and/or people operations.
  • Acute business acumen, understanding of organizational structures, and dynamics.
  • Proven ability to facilitate and coach to drive business outcomes.
  • Data analysis skills, ability to communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders.

  • Expertise in organizational design, onboarding, compensation, business consulting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead critical conversations.
