Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a client-facing consulting role, including 5 years in human capital strategy or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR operating models, process improvements, capability development, and change management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
