Organizational Development Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in organizational development, preferably in a training role. They should be able to utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance organizational development strategies, learning personalization, and performance analytics.
Key responsibilities include developing learning objectives, implementing targeted programs, designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences, and creating comprehensive training materials.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching individuals and teams to support leadership growth, career development, and change readiness.
They should also possess knowledge of organizational development principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design best practices.
Other key qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint, and excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
Ambitious professionals with the ability to deliver impactful presentations, lead group discussions, and prioritize tasks effectively are encouraged to apply.
As a vital member of our team, the successful candidate will contribute to employee integration and long-term development through onboarding, orientation, and continuous learning initiatives.
Furthermore, they will partner with Employee Engagement to support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives across the organization, including Employee Resource Groups.
