Organizational Development Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to develop and implement strategic plans to improve organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve organizational performance
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance
- Partner with school leaders and staff on HR matters, ensuring a supportive and inclusive workplace
- Manage HR administration such as contracts, records, work passes, leave tracking, and renewals
- Coordinate staff training, engagement activities, and welfare programs
- Support expatriate staff with relocation, housing, visas, and cultural adaptation
- Participate in audits, policy reviews, and HR projects
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in HR or organizational development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Knowledge of HR operations and compliance
