We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Organizational Development Specialist. This position is responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, talent development, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with business units as a strategic HR partner, providing guidance on manpower planning, budgeting, and employee-related matters.
- Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with evolving regulations and industry best practices.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate HRIS reporting and documentation, analysing data to inform insights-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR operations, organizational development, and strategic HR partnering.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to navigate complex HR systems and databases.
