Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resource strategies to enhance organizational performance.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer extensions.
- Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personal files, ensuring seamless integration of HR initiatives.
- Coordinate staff training programs, collaborating with trainers to achieve effective learning outcomes.
- Communicate with department heads to identify staff training needs and ensure alignment with HR goals.
- Process government training grants and staff absentee payroll claims in a timely manner.
- Organize staff welfare activities to promote employee engagement and morale.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
