Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist
About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic planning, talent development, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:- Adapt Global Performance Framework to Local Needs: Set goals, define evaluation criteria, and manage cadence to drive performance-cycle execution and ensure timely feedback and data-driven application.
- Drive Performance-Cycle Execution: Ensure timely feedback and data-driven application of global performance frameworks to local needs.
- Co-Develop and Roll Out Local Bonus Programs: Collaborate with global teams to design and implement bonus programs aligned with global policy.
- Manage Payout Workflows: Track documentation and close the performance-to-reward loop to ensure seamless payout processes.
- Map Local Training Needs to Global Curriculum: Design and implement custom courses to meet local training needs while aligning with global curriculum.
- Establish End-to-End Processes for Needs Analysis, Delivery, and Evaluation: Report on ROI to drive business growth and improvement.
- Localise Job-Grade Structures and Promotion Criteria: Coordinate annual promotion cycles and talent reviews to ensure effective career development.
- Produce Policy Guides and Process Flows: Develop transparent policies and procedures to drive business growth and improvement.
- Diploma in HR Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant position.
- IHRP/SHRM-CP certification is an advantage.
