Senior HR Executive Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume responsibility for managing the comprehensive spectrum of HR functions, encompassing manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.

This role will entail developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives, as well as overseeing payroll management, including data verification, vetting, and approval. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing and continuously improving HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee payroll management to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Implement and continuously improve HR policies and processes to enhance organizational performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably covering the full spectrum of HR functions, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and other statutory requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.

Desirable Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in payroll administration and HR systems.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills to support employee development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
