Job Description:

As a seasoned commercial leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy across all logistics services.

Based in Singapore, you will lead business development efforts, strengthen client relationships, and identify growth opportunities across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy to support revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Lead and manage regional sales and business development teams across multiple markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new market segments and drive strategic initiatives to grow market share
  • Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and tender management
  • Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure service alignment and sustainable margin growth
  • Track and report on commercial performance, sales pipeline, and market developments
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members to strengthen commercial capabilities within the organisation
