Group Director - Commercial Head

An established Regional Logistics Service Provider is seeking a Group Director - Commercial Head. You will be given an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Group CEO and other Board members to transform a growing organization in Singapore. In return, you will enjoy an attractive total remuneration of up to S$300,000 per annum

You will be responsible for:

- Identifying emerging markets and opportunities to achieve both short-term and long-term financial and operational objectives.
- Monitoring the annual budget to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Driving profitability growth by implementing business development, sales, and service activities, while ensuring compliance with local regulations

You are required to have:

- Demonstrated experience with P&L management and proven track record of organizational transformation, ideally within the Logistics, Transport, and Supply Chain industry.
- Proficiency in building and managing diverse teams of employees.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
