Our client is a multi-billion-dollar consumer products powerhouse with iconic, multi-brand portfolios globally. To support the organisation's growth, they are now searching for a seasoned Group Marketing Director to join their global leadership team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the global marketing team, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision.

Global Brand Governance & Equity:

  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity worldwide by establishing and maintaining brand guidelines, equity frameworks and communication principles.
  • Act as brand custodian, refresh global guidelines (packaging compliance, international assignment standards) to align with company strategy.
  • Protect and evolve global brand equity across all markets and product categories.
  • Oversee marketing across various channels and social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain global marketing/social media playbooks (content standards, engagement rules, and platform best practices).
  • Serve as the global advisory custodian for Social Media & Digital campaigns with strong focus on TikTok (group account oversight and regional advisory).

Sustainability Strategy & Innovation Alignment:

  • Lead the development of the Group's global sustainability strategy (frameworks, targets, and reporting standards) for regional adoption.
  • Partner with R&D and Innovation teams, working closely with regional marketing, to align global innovation pipelines with brand guidelines and market needs.

Cross-Regional Facilitation & Stakeholder Management:

  • Advise executive board and marketing teams on localizing guidelines, claims, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, finance, supply chain) to align marketing efforts
  • Manage external agencies/ suppliers and internal stakeholders across markets

Team & Compliance Oversight:

  • Manage lean global team across multiple markets

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

  • Over 15+ years of regional/ global/ group level marketing experience ideally from Beauty/ Cosmetics, FMCG, or Hospitality sector.
  • Proven success in group / global marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong social media expertise with ability to leverage power of TikTok and other social media platforms to drive growth & engagement.
  • Influencer sills to lead multi-market/ multi-cultural teams with impact and build relationships & trust.
  • Agile leadership: experience driving change in fast-paced, matrix organisations.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of steering marketing direction.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with excellent command of English a must.
