
Global Director of Marketing

The Global Director of Marketing is responsible for leading and managing all matters related to the strategizing, activating and measuring the marketing and branding initiates and activities of the Group worldwide.
Working directly, and in concert, with the CEOs and key other Stakeholders and in order to achieve strategic business objectives, the Global Director of Marketing will:
- assess, review, strategize, plan and communicate the brand identity, architecture and positioning of the Group core brand, its brand partners and affiliate companies
- develop and/or redefine branding functions including: brand identity; brand guidelines; brand logo designs; brand campaign development and management
- from the above, develop a robust Marketing Strategy and Plan and direct, execute and manage associated measure marketing and communications initiatives for the Group core brand, its brand partners and affiliate companies
- strategize and manage new and future PR activities, campaigns, events including directing and managing external PR consultants
- strategize, plan, develop and manage all internal communications including: corporate identity and messaging; company events and broadcasts etc.
**Requirements**:
- A recognised bachelor’s degree in marketing, administration, advertising, communications or an MBA.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years’ experience in managing and executing brand or marketing campaigns in hospitality design environment.
- Established portfolio of media and PR contacts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
