Develop the company's marketing and brand management strategy in line with company
- objectives based on market research and intelligence gathering.
- Work with regional directors, Heads of Brand and Customer Strategy, and the business
- development team to strategise regional marketing campaigns associated with BD
- activities.
- Oversee the company’s marketing metrics and budget and make strategic and
- considered recommendations on budget utilisation against desired outcomes.
- Work with the business development team to efficiently utilise HubSpot and our chosen
- platforms to research, develop and manage marketing activities supporting sales
- pipelines.
- Grow our contact, lead and opportunity pool in HubSpot by driving a continuous
- improvement programme to understand and improve the performance of our marketing
- efforts.
- Work with client services and business development teams to continuously update
- customer success stories and Bingz global and regional credentials.
- Work with delivery teams to implement and manage marketing activities, including
- website requirements and updates, campaign creation and activation, content creation,
- database segmentation, measurement and analysis of results, and continuous
- optimisation.
- Analyse insights from data, customer research, current market conditions and competitor
- information and leverage them to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Work with regional directors to identify relevant awards and manage submissions.
- Maintain effective values-orientated internal communications to ensure that all relevant
- company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and progress.
- Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Overall responsibility for brand management as well as corporate narrative and identity,
- particularly with regard to our ambition for our own brand to be a beacon of B2B and
- B2C excellence.

**Knowledge, skills and attributes**
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a regional or global role.
- Demonstrated success in managing regional and international marketing programmes.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Confident, dynamic personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment across different regions and
- timezones.
- Strong interpersonal skills and detail-orientated with the ability to effectively
- communicate, both written and verbal.
- Ability to respectfully challenge colleagues when necessary, maintain composure under
- adversity and exercise independent and fair consensus-building skills when conflict arises
- Desirable
- Degree qualified (ideally in communications, public relations, marketing communications,
- Experienced in B2B and mass B2C GTM marketing
- Business development experience
- Relevant target industry knowledge, including energy and technology
- Agency experience would be a bonus
- Incumbent is required to communicate fluently in mandarin on a professional level due to liaison required with China Headquarters in Beijing and daily communication with HQ counterparts
- The person will also be tasked to set up, expand the Singapore market post expanding the business in the region into South East Asia.
