Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all residents are attended to at the Front Desk in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Issue apartment access key cards to authorized personnel.
  • Manage residents' accounts, information, and apartment availability in our system.
  • Perform simple bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Make and confirm reservations for residents.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails, and calls and assist with requests.
  • Handle and record resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers.
  • Receive and convey messages to residents promptly.
  • Handle the safekeeping of cash and residents' valuables and belongings.

Requirements:

  • Entry level candidates who have attained an ITE or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or an equivalent qualification are welcomed to apply;
  • Service-oriented individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Willingness to perform shifts and adapt to changing situations.
