Corporate Client Acquisition Specialist

As a seasoned professional in corporate relations, you will be responsible for spearheading the acquisition and management of key clients. Your primary objective is to deliver tailored training solutions that align with our clients' organisational learning needs, resulting in revenue growth, increased employer-sponsored enrolments, and the establishment of long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new corporate leads; schedule and deliver consultation services.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines; meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope out training solutions; prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Manage key client relationships (HR/L&D/Business Heads); renew and upsell existing contracts.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity; share insights to enhance our offerings.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the edtech/training/HR solutions/professional services sectors.
  • A proven track record of achieving revenue or enrolment targets.
  • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills, with confidence in interacting with C-suite/HR executives.
  • Comfortable with outreach efforts (calls, email, LinkedIn) and in-person meetings.
