About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to join our service delivery team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all contracts are actively managed and that customers receive top-notch support.

You will be required to have in-depth knowledge of infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent;
  • Preferably 3 or more years of IT project management experience;
  • Strong knowledge in process improvement methodologies and tools;
  • Self-motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to lead, develop, and maintain respectful and trusting relationships;
  • Good customer management experience;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English;
  • Certification in IT Service Management and/or ITIL (v3 or above);
  • Able to travel as required.
