We are searching for a skilled professional to fill the role of Service Delivery Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as a focal point for all support related queries and issues.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers to ensure they are leveraging services effectively and finding value in our services. This involves assessing customer feedback and improving procedures accordingly to ensure that great customer service is always provided.

Effective communication is key, ensuring that monthly or weekly service delivery reports are provided within agreed timeframes. The role also requires managing multiple stakeholders, working closely with sales, support, billing, and other technical teams.

A strong background in IT service management, certification in ITIL (v3 or above), and excellent written, oral, and presentation skills are essential for this position. Additionally, experience as a Service Delivery Executive/Manager/Customer Success Manager is highly desirable.
