Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Customer Service Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming orders, ensuring prompt processing while maintaining strong customer relationships. They will support the end-to-end order-to-cash process with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Register and process customer orders received via email, phone, or other communication channels
  • E nsure all orders are accurately processed and transferred to logistics for delivery
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt responses and resolving basic complaints
