Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator/Admin Executive
Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming orders, ensuring prompt processing while maintaining strong customer relationships. They will support the end-to-end order-to-cash process with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.
Responsibilities:- Register and process customer orders received via email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Ensure all orders are accurately processed and transferred to logistics for delivery; escalate any delivery or invoicing issues to the Supervisor.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt responses and resolving basic complaints.
- Maintain proper documentation through systematic registration, filing, and archiving of customer service records.
- Coordinate closely with the customer service team to ensure smooth administration of customer orders.
- Manage purchase orders, goods receipt, and related procurement tasks.
- Provide general administrative support on an ad-hoc basis as required.
Candidate should have experience in Admin / Customer service / sales support/ order management.
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
Benefits:- Basic salary of $2500 + OT.
