About the Role:
The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of data-driven digital marketing strategies to maximize event reach and revenue. They will oversee all aspects of digital campaigns, content creation, paid media, social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for festival and event promotion.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid media, social media, SEO, email, influencer partnerships) to drive ticket sales and brand awareness.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Social Media & Content Marketing:
- Develop engaging and innovative content strategies for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring regular, on-brand, and engaging posts.
- Leverage short-form video, reels, and live streaming to create buzz around events.
- Foster community engagement through interactive content and social conversations.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing:
- Plan and oversee paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, ticket sales, and engagement.
- Optimize budgets across different platforms for cost-effective lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Analyze data and provide insights on audience behavior, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Partnerships & Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to amplify event marketing efforts.
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance reach and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, ticket conversion rates, etc.) to refine marketing strategies.
- Generate reports and insights to optimize future campaigns and improve audience targeting.
You Are:
We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional with a proven track record of running successful campaigns that drive ticket sales. You should have strong expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and paid media strategies. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and influencer marketing is a must. Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM platforms is also required.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, you should be passionate about music, culture, and events, with a deep understanding of event audiences.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with event ticketing platforms (e.g., Ticketmelon, Ticketmaster).
- Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Graphic design/video editing skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
