
Call Centre Team Member

The primary role of the Call Centre Associate is to handle calls and enquiries from various lines, providing information on services to patients and the public. This involves assisting in scheduling appointments for patients and/or providing information related to appointments.
- Handling customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels
- Assisting with appointment scheduling and related tasks
- Performing administrative duties such as data entry, filing documents, and updating records
- Completing other assigned tasks by supervisors
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of a General Certificate of Education (GCE) 'N' Level
- At least one year of working experience in a call centre environment
This position offers flexible working hours, including morning, mid, and night shifts. Working hours are:
- Morning shift: 7am to 2pm
- Mid shift: 2pm to 9pm
- Night shift: 9pm to 7am
