Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating customers' needs and providing solutions in the areas of wealth protection and accumulation, retirement planning, estate preservation, and endowment planning.
The ideal candidate will design and recommend wealth solutions to meet the objectives of the customers, take initiative to plan and organize daily schedules for various sales-generating activities, conduct daily calls to customers in their portfolio base to arrange for appointments and offer assistance, regularly update clients on their holdings and investment performance, achieve monthly sales targets for various banking products consistently, and fulfill training requirements set by the organization.
The role requires strong networking, prospecting, negotiation, and self-starter skills with excellent articulation abilities. Proficiency in Insurance and Investments is also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a degree or diploma, professional qualification and/or regulatory licensing requirements (M5, M6, M6A, M8, M9, M8A, M9A, M1B, and HI), and a minimum of 3 years of wealth sales experience.
Candidates should demonstrate strong competencies in networking, prospecting, negotiation, and self-starting with excellent articulation skills.
