Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with daily cargo bookings, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate with multiple parties, including customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs, to address shipment requirements.
  • Monitor shipment status, keep customers informed, and maintain positive relationships by addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Billing Team to ensure accurate invoicing data.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field, e.g. airfreight customer service, co-loading etc.
  • Minimum "O" & "N" Levels.
  • Familiar with CCN system.
