About the Role:
The Key Player will be responsible for ensuring seamless service and creating memorable guest experiences. This includes collaborating with various teams, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and adhering to hotel standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with F&B outlets, Events, and Support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of F&B back-of-house areas, including standard cleaning practices and equipment preparation.
- Ensure supply of clean dishes, glassware, silver, pots, etc., and store them properly.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies and practices.
- Use chemicals according to instructions and only use specified products.
- Wash and return clean dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, etc., to their proper place.
- Clean all service areas and other Back of House areas as directed by the supervisor.
- Ensure machineries and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to established cleaning and sanitation standards.
- Remove chipped and broken items from circulation, record, and report breakdowns immediately.
- Keep floors dry and clean, monitor trash levels, and remove cans when needed.
- Adhere to recycling practices and manage outlets and events efficiently.
- Assist with bar setup, ensuring areas are fully equipped, clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Store drinks correctly according to temperature requirements.
- Handle OS&E and equipment carefully to minimize damage and breakage.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
